1. What is Jungle Gym Club?
Jungle Gym Club is an annual membership program offering exclusive savings, birthday privileges, rewards, and special member benefits across participating Jungle Gym outlets.

2. How much is the Jungle Gym Club?
Malaysian – The Jungle Gym Club fee is currently RM198 per year
Non-Malaysian – RM288 per year
Normal Price RM450/year

3. How long is the membership valid?
Membership is valid for 12 months from the registration date.

4. Who can apply for the membership?
Malaysian citizens with a valid MyKid are eligible.
Non-MYKID (Foreigner) with a valid Passport

5. Can adults register without children?
No. Membership is linked to a registered child with MyKid verification/Passport for non-Malaysian.

6. Is the membership transferable?
No. Membership is strictly non-transferable.

7. Can siblings share one membership?
No. Each membership is tied to one registered child unless otherwise stated in promotions.

8. Can foreigners apply?
Membership is applicable to NON-MALAYSIAN to.

9. Is there a physical membership card?
Membership may be digital or physical depending on outlet.  implementation.

10. How can I register?
You may register at participating outlets.

1. What is the member entry price?
Members enjoy RM20 entry per visit for Malaysian.
RM30 entry per visit for Non-Malaysian

2. Is the rate aboved applicable every day?
Yes.

3. Can I use membership at all outlets?
Yes, except Jungle Gym First World Genting for special member price Rm30 per visit 1 hour only.

4. Are socks included with entry?
No. Socks are compulsory and subject to outlet policy.

5. Can parents enter for free?
No. Parents require to purchase the entry ticket at our Jungle Gym Outlet. Parent entry policies follow outlet standard operating procedures.

6. Is there a time limit per session?
No. Session duration depends on outlet operation and crowd conditions.

7. Can I use membership during public holidays?
Yes.

8. Can I enter multiple times in one day?
Yes. Subject to outlet capacity and management approval.

9. Is pre-booking required?
No.

10. What happens if the outlet is full?
Entry may be delayed for safety and crowd control purposes.

1 pair of Jungle Gym socks and 1 exclusive button file.

2. When can I collect the Welcome Kit?
Collection at Jungle Gym participating outlets, depends on stock availability.

3. Can I request different sock sizes?

4. Can I exchange the Welcome Kit?
No exchanges are allowed once collected.

5. What if the outlet runs out of stock?
Members may collect later once stock is replenished.

Members receive 2 complimentary kids entry passes during birthday month.

2. How do I redeem birthday passes?
Present membership verification during birthday month.

3. Can birthday passes be extended?
No. Passes must be used within the birthday month.

4. Can birthday benefits be transferred?
No. Birthday benefits are non-transferable.

5. Can I combine birthday passes with promotions?
No stacking with other promotions is allowed.

2. Membership fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Membership is applicable to MYKID CARD for Malaysian citizens only.
4. Valid MyKid verification is required during registration.
5. Membership benefits apply only at participating outlets.
6. Jungle Gym First World Genting for member special rate is per visit 1 Hour only.
7. Management reserves the right to verify member identity.
8. Membership misuse may result in suspension or termination.
9. Only registered member child may utilize member privileges.
10. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
